Jane Pilger, a Master Certified Life Coach, joins The Principal Podcast to discuss the phenomena of binge eating and how to support yourself instead of shame yourself.  As women and educators, we understand that food takes up a lot of mental space. Jane and Lynn discuss: Jane shares what a Master Certified Coach is and why she decided to become one and work with women who want to stop binging and feel safe in their body or safe around certain foods.
